SEEREA (Skipper Electricals & Electronic Renewable Energy Academy) has been actively contributing to skill development since 2008 as part of SkipperSeil’s CSR initiatives. With Lagos SEEREA (2008-2018) and Kaduna SEEREA, we’ve been empowering youth by providing high-quality training and employment opportunities.
On October 18, 2024, Skipper’s Group President attended the certification ceremony for the latest batch of students at KADSEEREA, Kaduna State University, Nigeria. Of the graduates, 29 students achieved a remarkable score of 70% or above. The event was presided over by the Kaduna State Commissioner of Education, representing His Excellency, Governor Uba Sani. Distinguished attendees included Professor Abdullahi Musa, Vice-Chancellor of KASU, Dr. Sabiu, Special Advisor to the Governor on Investments, and other esteemed dignitaries. In recognition of their hard work, Skipper’s Group President extended job offers in solar installation and maintenance to all 29 excelling students. Additionally, with strong assurances from the Vice-Chancellor of KASU, we are excited to announce the expansion of the academy to accommodate 200 students per batch starting April 2025.A special thanks to Mr. Rajesh Meshram, Assistant Director and Course Coordinator, and Mr. G.K. Garg, Director, for their dedicated efforts in shaping SEEREA’s success. As part of our future vision, we plan to upgrade SEEREA’s TECHPRENEUR courses through strategic joint ventures, with plans to expand to Abuja, Nairobi (Kenya), and Accra (Ghana) within the next two years.

Empower a trainer, and you ignite a legacy.

At Skipper Foundation, we’re not just training trainers—we're continuing a decades-long commitment to building the backbone of vocational education across nations.

From India to Africa, our Training of Trainers (ToT) programs have quietly but powerfully shaped the ecosystem of skills and employability. Recently in Kaduna, Nigeria, domain experts gathered at KADSEEREA for our latest ToT session—one of many milestones in a journey that began years ago.

What they left with wasn’t just a toolkit but a torch to carry forward.
Through focused modules on facilitation, instructional design, and learner engagement, they transformed into educators ready to mould the next generation of techpreneurs and job creators.

This is not a campaign.

It is a legacy. And it continues—with purpose..
